The Capital One 'Pulse' page was a key component of the campaign, serving as the central hub where associates could access real-time updates and download swag. It became an essential daily tool for associates, making it a critical element of the campaign's success.
Digital Video wall
We developed an immersive digital video wall featuring real associates inside a heart-shaped display. Each associate’s personal story and reason for 'Keeping Customers in Their Cars' was showcased within the heart, both playing on-screen and populating in real-time. Associates could also capture photos, which would instantly appear on the video screens.
Standee & Hand-Written Desk Signs
Standees for public areas and printed signs for desks were also created. Associates could personalize the experience by writing their own reason for 'Keeping Customers in Their Cars' and displaying it at their desks.
Zoom Backgrounds
Since this was created during the early stages of Covid-19, the majority of Capital One staff was working from home. We created zoom background that associates could use during virtual meetings, even with other teams, so they could show their spirit and team pride.
